RUNNIN’ SHINE

In the Runnin’ Shine contest the participant will enter the track with their PRE 1979 SHOW CAR and stop at the starting line, your passenger grabs a case of  “shine” and throws it in your trunk. and then you take off and run a lap around the track while Sheriff Ruckus chases you!  Friday August 8, 2026 at 5:00pm.

 

You will do 1 lap around the track.

Timer starts as soon as you grab the shine and ends when you cross the finish line.

The person with the fastest time and least broken jars WINS!

RULES

Must wear helmets

ABSOLUTELY NO LAPPING THE SHERIFF!!

Lapping the Sheriff will result in immediate removal from the fairgrounds.
